For weddings, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season (May-October). For portrait sessions, family photos, and other types of photography, we suggest booking 2-4 weeks in advance. However, for special dates or times, earlier booking is recommended.
If you have a last-minute request, please contact us directly as we may be able to accommodate you depending on our schedule.
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session: full refund of any deposit paid
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session: deposit is non-refundable
- For rescheduling, we require at least 24 hours notice and will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time
For weddings and large events, please refer to your contract for specific cancellation terms as these typically require longer notice periods.
Session duration varies by type:
- Portrait sessions: 1-2 hours
- Family sessions: 1-2 hours
- Engagement sessions: 1-2 hours
- Newborn sessions: 2-3 hours (allowing time for feeding, soothing, and posing)
- Wedding coverage: Typically 6-10 hours depending on your package
- Event coverage: Varies based on the event duration

Clothing choices can significantly impact your photos. Here are some general guidelines:
- Choose coordinating colors rather than exact matching outfits
- Avoid large logos, graphics, or text on clothing
- Consider the location and style of your shoot when selecting outfits
- Solid colors typically photograph better than busy patterns
- Bring layers or accessories that can be added or removed for variety
After booking, we'll provide you with a more detailed guide specific to your session type and location. We're also happy to consult on outfit choices before your session.
Our photography packages vary based on the type of session, duration, and deliverables. Here's a general overview:
- Portrait sessions start at $250
- Family sessions start at $300
- Engagement sessions start at $350
- Wedding packages start at $2,000
- Event coverage starts at $500
All packages include professional editing and a set number of digital images. Print packages, albums, and additional services can be added to any package.

We accept the following payment methods:

For most sessions, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of your session. For weddings and large events, payment schedules are outlined in your contract.
Our typical delivery timeline is as follows:
- Portrait, family, and engagement sessions: 1-2 weeks
- Weddings and large events: 4-6 weeks
- Commercial projects: Varies based on project scope (specified in contract)
We often provide a few preview images within 48 hours of your session that you can share on social media while waiting for your complete gallery.
During peak seasons (May-October), delivery times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you updated on the status of your photos.
All of our clients receive their photos through our online gallery system. Your gallery will be:
- Password-protected for your privacy
- Available for 12 months from delivery date
- Equipped with easy downloading of individual photos or the entire gallery
- Integrated with a professional print lab for ordering prints and products
- Shareable with friends and family (if you choose)
For wedding clients and those who purchase certain packages, we also offer USB delivery of high-resolution images as a backup option.
Yes, we do travel for photography sessions! Our travel policy is as follows:
- Sessions within 30 miles of our studio location are included in our standard pricing
- For locations 30-60 miles away, a travel fee of $50 applies
- For locations beyond 60 miles, custom travel quotes will be provided
- For destination weddings or sessions requiring overnight stays, travel packages are available

Yes! We offer a wide range of professional prints and photo products, including:

All prints and products are created through professional labs to ensure the highest quality and color accuracy. You can order these directly through your online gallery or contact us for custom orders.
